I am legally disabled & advocate for mental health. I suffer from depression, anxiety, OCPD & OCD, insomnia, C-PTSD, epilepsy & CSVD. I practice mindfulness & trauma therapy (EMDR), various therapies (such as CBT & ACT), along with general solo & group therapy.

Since I don't work, I spend a lot of time.. Self-caring & on self-improvement (yoga, running, meditation, writing, researching), adulting (chores & errands), spending time online (roleplaying, helping with streams, socializing, making content for websites), listening to tons of music, watching content (let's plays, video games, documentaries, anime, the rare drama & movie) & playing games (indies or older games, typically not AAA).

I'm kind of a connoisseur, and really enjoy experiencing things.. but only the best of. I enjoy talking about sex & drugs, and it may come up casually. I really enjoy weed & psychedelics, and both have immensely helped my health. I was a bartender & enjoyed alcohol, but stopped drinking in late 2024.

I was in a five year relationship, previously a four year, and previously a ten year. I am happy being single for now. I do, though, have a sort of e-boyfriend & BDSM based relationships.
